You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view some of the information. You
can download that at www.Adobe.com if you don't already have it.
Here are links to your call tracking sheet that you will submit weekly (by e-mail or fax) once
you start making calls. You may sometimes be asked this information on a daily basis.
If you have Microsoft Excel, you can open the file on your computer and fill it out as you work.
You can also print it out and do it by hand, using the Adobe version. If you choose this option,
you must total the columns yourself before you submit the sheet. Tracking
is very important because over time it will pinpoint how much productivity
per category you need to accomplish, and time you need to spend, in order to achieve the income you
want.
It usually takes at least 6 weeks of tracking to initially determine this. Ongoing tracking
is key to your success. Those who fail to have consistent sales almost always
fail to have consistent tracking. If you want to succeed in this, you must
track your progress. As your proficiency and sales improve, you will realize that your personal tracking is an invaluable tool for helping you, not to monitor you. Hopefully you will soon reach a point
where
tracking will only be asked of you if you are not reaching your profit goals. That's because
the only person who really needs to see your tracking is you.
When you don't know where you are, you can't direct yourself to where you want to be.
To download these files, right-click on each link and select, "Save Target As".
