Smile And Dial
First thing, before you begin reading and digging into the information, please send us an email that tells
us you received this link. That way we will know that you are in the loop and starting out on the right foot.
Welcome to what we call our Smile and Dial page. This location is rather basic. There are no images or distractions. We
have done that on purpose. We want you to simply concentrate on the information. Our suggestion is to read through the page
a couple of times. It is written from a salesperson to a salesperson point of view, not from a salesperson to a prospect point
of view. After you've read through it a few of times, shorten the thoughts into real concise notes that can be transformed
into rebuttals or informational statements. Then, print them out and attach them to your other scripts.
I want to start out with a couple of do's and don'ts. The biggest don't is this. Never personally request a Call Back from
one of our websites. The folks that make those Call Backs are specific Corporate closers. They are just like you (although
you are actually paid better). If you submit your name for a Call Back, then you are basically wasting their phone time which
cuts into their income. So be professional and polite and never submit your name.
You are obviously an Independent Contractor. You control your own time. Working at home is certainly a luxury. However,
you must always stay disciplined. Do not be distracted. Set aside your office area. Make sure all family members know what
your working schedule is. The more productive you are with your time, the more money you will make.
You will be making outbound calls. You are expected to keep accurate records daily.
1.You will need to know how many
dials you have made each day.
2. Keep track of your connects.
3. Keep track of the voicemails you leave.
4. Keep
track of the number of invites to the sizzle call you make to folks that say "Yes" they will listen.
5. Keep track of
the number of folks you get back on the phone after they say "Yes" they will listen to the call.
6. Keep track of your
sales.
There is a very specific reason for you to keep these records. By using them, you will actually be able to determine how
much each call is worth to you. At that point it won't matter what the outcome of the call is. You will realize that you are
making money just simply by dialing. Let's say your 100th call was a sale. It took 99 calls to get you to that sale. So, each
of those "no's" were actually worth $10.00 to you. If you knew that each call you made was worth $10 no matter what happened,
how many more calls do you think that you'd want to squeeze in that day? Think about what type of hourly wage that is. In
otherwords, think of the sale as a process. It is made up of lots of no's, some rejection, some excitement, etc. Put all those
together and you've got $1000.00 in your pocket.
I think you will agree that product knowledge is very important. It is imperitive that you possess a good working knowledge
of the Jaguar Marketing System and that you are able to convey that information in a timely fashion. I suggest that you read
through the entire website: www.finalsuccess.biz Go through every link on every page and watch all the movies. Professionals rehearse their scripts and their rebuttals
so that they roll off the tongue naturally. If you dedicate yourself to learning about the product, you should be able to
make the entire closing process go easier.
The entire Money Movie site will give you a good overview of the Jaguar Marketing System. But, there are 2 things I want
to make clear. With our system, I see two sides to the equation: Marketing and Closing. Salespeople, such as you, fall entirely
into the marketing portion of the equation. Inotherwords, prospects can make their investment into the System and then tackle
it from 2 sides. The first way that they will be somewhat familiar with is normal internet marketing. In this scenario, they
send traffic to their site, the site itself weeds out the tire kickers and the interested people request a Call Back. Then,
the closing side of the equation takes over. Most people hate to make phone calls. So, this part of the System is extremely
valuable to prospects. They never have to talk to anyone if they don't want to. They can let the Corporate closers do all
the telling and selling. This overall fashion of making a sale is what most people think of when they are looking at business
opportunities. However, there are lots of biz opps out there that don't even have the Call Back feature. So, you will want
to make sure they know about the normal Call Back feature.
Now let's get back to how salespeople like you fit into this. The prospect is obviously going to wonder about making calls.
You said they don't have to make calls, yet you are making calls. They're going to wonder what's up with that. Tell them the
truth. You are not a site owner. You are a commissioned salesperson working for the site owner. Tell them you have nothing
to do with the Corporate closers. Tell them that while your site owner is doing whatever he does, he has a number of folks
just like yourself pounding the phone and making sales for him daily. Ask him how much time your site owner has invested in
him. The answer is zero. In fact, the only time the site owner will ever hear the prospect's name is when you give him the
prospect's information as a new site owner. Then you can ask him how he'd like to have a number of commissioned salespeople
just like you making sales for him everyday. Explain to him that's it's all about leverage and delegation. Tell him that the
entire salesperson program and training additionally comes with the Platinum system for free. Mention that there is a written
Guarantee with that part of the system which basically guarantees that he won't lose a dime with The Jaguar Marketing System.
You can also give him and/or email him a link that explains the Guarantee: www.AutomatedJaguarMarketingSystem.com/10kWeek.htm The Guarantee is at the bottom of that page.
The name of the program that we bring salespeople on board with is called the "$10,000 Per Week Program" or, $10k for short.
Basically, this is the fastest way for a new site owner to get into cash flow and make $10k per week. You can explain to him
that he does not have to get involved in the $10k program. He can do things the normal way that I explained above. But if
he's looking for faster and guaranteed results, then $10k is a good way to go. You can tell him that you being on the phone
with him is actually the proof that $10k does work. So, there are the 2 basic ways that the new site owner can make money
with the Jaguar Marketing System. However, there is no reason why he can't do both at the same time. That is what we do. To
read more about the $10k Program, visit: www.AutomatedJaguarMarketingSystem.com/10kWeek.htm
As I said, I see the salesperson's position as entirely part of the marketing side of the equation. The primary reason
for that is that you are not selling the system through the normal traffic scenario to the site that I mentioned above. Also,
you are doing the entire sales process yourself, which means that you don't get involved with the Corporate closers. Make
sure you let the prospect know about the advantages of both types of approaches.
Now, let me back to the marketing side of the normal equation. I told you how the Corporate closers take care of the closing
side of things. In normal internet marketing, the prospect is going to wonder about the marketing side of things. He will
wonder how to get traffic to his site. There are many ways to do that. One is called the Veretekk system ( http://totalsuccess4u.veretekk.com ). I know people that run their entire business with that system. It really is very powerful. We also use it. But, we do other
things as well. What's important to bring up here is the Back Office. Other biz opps have a once a week pep talk and have
you read a number of ebooks and then you're on your own. With Jag, the training is in a special, online conference room. You
can tell them that the majority of training is live, interactive and runs throughout the week. This training is absolutely
the best there is. We have made thousands just off the info in the Back office. So, the point here is that you want them to
be aware of Veretekk as well as all the training in the back office.
Also, you may not be aware of this, but Jag previously operated under 2 names. The Predator Marketing System and the Jaguar
Marketing System. They were both exactly the same except for the name and the look of the corporate site. Predator was actually
first. However, a couple of members thought that the name Predator might have some bad meanings tagged to it. Al thought that
was foolish, but recognized their concerns. So, he re-edited everything and additionally released Jag. Since that time (well
over a year ago), most everybody has concentrated on promoting Jag. So, Al has recently shut down the Predator sites. This
information is really of no concern to you at this point. But, in case someone asked, we wanted to let you know the basics
of why there were two names.
One additional thing that will be very important to prospects. There are absolutely no monthly fees for Jaguar. Once they
are in, they're in. Al does not believe in nickel and diming people to death. There is only a $100 annual renewal fee. That's
it.
I'm going to leave it at that for now. I will periodically send you emails that will help you with your understanding.
The goal is to make the entire sales process easier for you and your time more productive. Also, don't forget those daily
training meetings with Al in the same conference room that you attend the Wednesday night orientation. They are there strictly
for your benefit. Take advantage of them.
Location, Location, Location!!!
You've heard it a 1,000 times before. What's the most important thing is in real eastate: Location, Location, Location!
In the phone sales industry it's: Call, Call, Call! But, as a closer, you should already know where the real action is. It's:
Follow-up, Follow-up, Follow-up! Sure, if you don't make the calls, you won't have anything to follow-up on. That's obvious.
It's, as you know, a numbers game. The higher number of calls you make, the bigger the bucks that go into your pocket.
With that being said, I just want to emphasize the importance of a system. Something that is very minimal and easy to keep
track of. Some codes or whatever that will keep you on top of what function must take place with a particular prospect and
when that function should happen. If a number is a disconnect, put a line through it. If you've worked a prospect and you're
100% sure that's it's a dead issue, draw a line through it. If you left a voice mail, put a vm and the date next to the voice
mail number. If you made an invite and they said yes they would listen to the call, put a cb and the date of the call back
next to the number. If there is a request for a second call back, put a 2cb and the date of the call back and perhaps a quick
note as to what is the main concern of that prospect. Perhaps it's the money. You can jot down 2cbm and the date. Perhaps
they don't feel they have the time for something new. You can jot down 2cbt and the date.
Obviously these are just suggestions. You may already have a system that works for you. The only reason I bring it up is
to emphasize to you that you must have a method for keeping track of everything. Also, you will want to keep it very simple
so you don't clutter your list with a million notes. Plus, be consistent. Use the same system everytime. That way, you don't
have to try and remember what you may have meant by last week's code or notes.
The VERY Important Basics
These are the the main links that you will use daily. Commit them to memory and save them to your Favorites right now.
You will want to have them available to be able to give to prospects at a moments notice.
The phone number for the Live Conference Call (Mon-Fri at 3pm and 9pm-est, plus, Sat at 3pm-est ONLY):
(916) 233-3990, pin: 7638#
The phone number for the 24 Hour Sizzle Call:
(212) 990-6230
As you should already know, on the sizzle call, Al enables you to give a couple of valuable freebies away:
#1. "No Cost Prospecting!":
http://telmaster.byoaudio.com/files/media/7d593420-87df-40b8-c85b-4617c0730bdd.mp3
This is an audio Module from the now famous "Make Money Or Make Excuses!" Training course that Al Turnquist created. Believe
me, prospects that are already in business are going to love this. The overwhelming majority of prospects are going broke
buying leads that are just plain worthless. This module will explain how they can stop that financial bleeding forever. Just
copy this link and send it to your prospects via email.
#2. 1000 Free Leads per day:
http://finalsuccess.freeffas.com
Here again, this is just another avenue of being able to offer your prospect some real value for free. This link will not
only give them some free leads, it will also keep them in play. Once they enter the Veretekk Lead Generation System, they
are going to want to see more of what you have to offer. Just copy this link and send it to your prospects via email.
If I were you, I'd give both items to each prospect that you got back in touch with. Sometimes a valuable and useable
free gift of thanks is all that is needed to keep the door open for future discussion.
This is the website link that you will send prospects to for the very first time:
www.finalsuccess.biz
There are a couple of ways that we accept payments from prospects.
You have become part of this Team based on your phone skills. However, if you come across a prospect that for some reason
you cannot close, by all means make use of the Take Over Support that is available. Even Al Turnquist himself would make use
of a Take Over if necessary. His feelings are that he would put his ego in one pocket and put the money in the other pocket.
So, DO NOT be afraid, shy, concerned or whatever to make use of the Take Over Support. The call will cost
you $400 out of your commission. If there is no resulting sale, then the TO didn't cost you a dime.
If the Take Over Support person just has a phone number listed below, just call them and do the Take Over. If the Take
Over Support person has their IM or email listed, drop them a quick line just before the TO to let them know it's coming.
DO NOT get the TO Support person on the phone unless you already have the prospect on the line. DO
NOT call the TO support person to chit-chat. Just put the prospect on hold, do a three way call, give the BRIEF
particulars to the closer and bring the prospect back on the line. At that point, your job is to be quiet, listen and learn.
Only speak if you are asked a question. By listening and learning, you will minimize your need for TO's in the future which
means you can keep that $400 in your pocket.
If one Closer is not available, immediately try to contact the next one in line. Any of them would be glad to assist.

You may also reach us by email. Add this address to your "safe/white" list right away.
Jaguar@finalsuccess.biz
You will also be sending emails back and forth with the prospects. You may want to open a new address. If so, do it at
Yahoo. It is widely recognized by all isp's and quite possibly will end up in the prospects inbox. Also, be professional when
you open up the address. Use your name or something business like.
After the Sale Process
The prospects that become new buyers will want to know what to expect after the sale. You can tell them that admin will
immediately start to configure their sites and their back office personally for them. The process takes a maximum of 48 hours.
However, you will find that it usually is only 24 hours. When all that is done, they will get an email from admin with all
their login info. They also will usually get a personal call from the main support person, Kimberley West. She will welcome
them aboard and additionally give them her personal info in case they need to reach her.
Also, we are very supportive as Sponsors. We are very passionate about helping everybody that come in under us to make
money. We too will be personally contacting all new members. Usually we end up talking with them even before Kim does. We
want to make sure they get up and running quickly. We give them all our contact info and make sure they know that we're on
their side. Sure, we don't mind making the profit off their sale, but to us it's more than just a sale. It's about a long
term relationship with that person. One in which we will make sure that they learn from us, but also one in which we hope
we will also learn from them.
Now, let's get down to what you do after a sale is made. There are 4 things that you are responsible for. First, make
sure you give the new buyer ALL our personal contact info. We do not want them to think they are ever alone in all
this. We are never farther than a phone call away. Second, email us with the new member's information including: name, address,
phone number, email address, what level they purchased, what type of payment they used and the time of day the sale was completed.
Third, give us a call and let us tell you how proud and happy we are that you made that sale. Fourth, and this is the most
difficult, you must decide on how you are going to spend all that money. That's it. Pretty simple. You complete the sale,
give us the info and you're done and on your way to another sale. We'll take it all from there.
Conference Room And Other Training Links
Now, let's talk training. I'm about to give you the location of where all your training will take place. Our Sales Meetings
are held every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 11:00am (est).
The Training link is to a special online conference room. You need to arrive early for 2 reasons. The first time you get
to the room, you will need to download a plugin to make everything live and interactive. This is a one-time download. If you
have trouble with the download, there are some instructions on the page for a work-around. (Additionally I recommend going
to www.java.com and downloading the most recent version. The download is free.) Also, by getting there early, you can interact with people
all over the country doing the same thing you are about to do.
Here is that direct link: http://mentorsonamission.vereconference.org (If you are having trouble getting into the room, it is most likely your security settings or firewall. Disable them temporarily
if necessary.)
You will log into the conference room using your first name and last name. So, if your name was John Doe,
you would login as: john doe. Your present password will be: guest. This will also be the procedure on the
morning meetings.
During the intial Orientation video presentation, you were introduced to the AE Information Manual (www.financialfreedomsociety1.com/ae.exe). Now that you've been hired I want to give you the link to the actual Account Executive Training Manual:
http://www.financialfreedomsociety1.com/nsalesmanual1.pdf This manual contains everything you need to be successful. It covers the Initial Invite Script as well as various closing
scripts that can be used to handle just about every stall or objection you may run into. Make sure to study this information.
Your success depends on it.
One other very important point. Our Invitation Script and road map to the sale are different than what
is offered in the manual. The rebuttals and everything else is exactly the same. It is only the Invitation Script that is
different. Our landing page puts alot of tools into your hands all at once. Therefore, we direct prospects to the url we have
listed above, instead of the corporate site. Also, since it is so comprehensive, we have found it beneficial to put all that
information right into the prospect's hands from the very beginning. What that also does is to cut out one step of your sales
process. Instead of being on the phone 50-60 seconds, our script will keep you on the phone 75-80 seconds, depending on your
delivery. Then, the next step is to get them back on the phone so you can work your magic and close the sale. Here is a direct
link to our Invitation Script: The Initial Invitation Script
Independent Contractor Agreement
Here is a link to our form:
This must be filled out and all 4 pages faxed back to:
208-485-7799
You will need to get your Agreement back to us ASAP. We will also need a fully completed W-9 form faxed
to us (http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf?portlet=3), a copy of the front and back of your driver's license, and a copy of your social security
card. We WILL NOT be able to send you leads until we have all four of these items in hand. Upon receipt and review of the
Agreement and other documents, you will be notified of their acceptance.
Final Thoughts and Suggestions
We strongly suggest that you save this page to your Favorites. We update and/or refine this page quite often. So, it is
our suggestion to visit this page twice a week to stay current with things, rebuttals, answers to general questions, etc.
We will be staying in touch regularly. We are always available to assist however we can. We are also available to all our
new site owners. We offer them as much support as they need. Let them know that. We never disappear after the sale is made.
Sure we like the money as much as you do, but to us, it's more about the long term relationship with all our site owners and
salespeople.
Smile and Dial!
Talk to you soon,
Ken Catlin, Northland Associates
